Namasale Technical School has implemented stringent measures to mitigate the spread of Mpox. According to Head Teacher Mr. Ogwal Moses, the school has strictly adhered to the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Education to prevent the spread of the virus since its outbreak in the country.
Mr. Ogwal appealed to parents and visitors to comply with the standard operating procedures when accessing the school premises.
He expressed appreciation for the government’s introduction of the new curriculum, which has enabled technical teachers to also instruct secondary-level classes.
He believes this change has significantly enhanced students’ skills.
The head teacher confirmed the school’s readiness for the final examinations scheduled for November 24, 2024.
He also commended parents for their support in ensuring a smooth third term by sending their children back to school.
